Exchanges and Returns

BECAUSE FIT, FEEL & PROTECTION ARE AS IMPORTANT TO US AS THEY ARE TO YOU.

We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase. But in case you are not, perhaps the size is a little off or the model just isn't right for you—we will send you an exchange or issue you a quick refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Items must be accompanied with an original Hayabusa tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket, with garment tags still attached and/or the products original packaging.

Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Returns outside of the 30 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Hayabusa Fight Australia and will only be refunded as a store credit.

In addition, every product purchased comes with the “Hayabusa Warranty”. This guarantees your product is free from manufacturer’s defect or it will be repaired or replaced.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

Step 1
Pack the return item(s) with the following: an original Hayabusa tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket, with garment tags still attached and/or the products original packaging.

Step 2
Address the package to: Hayabusa Australia Unit 1 / 18 Crocker Driver, Malaga WA 6090

Step 3
Drop off your package with the carrier of your choice to ship back to us.

NOTE: Return shipping fees are at your expense however items returned for exchange will be shipped back their replacement product at our expense.
